I went to Wal-Mart today! (It doesn’t happen often, we live out were there is NO civilization) and got some stuff.
My mom picked me up from school so that we could go to Wal-Mart to buy paint for my bedroom. So right when we walk into the store I see this t-shirt:
And I haven’t even heard the CD, nor do I want to, but I think it looks really cool and I really like band tees. So I grabbed this one and then grabbed a different one for my little sister who obsesses over AC/DC.
So I go off to my favorite section (electronics) and look over the new DVD realeases. I wanted to get 21 (which I’ve seen and it’s a very good movie) but I was really looking for Prince Caspian (second movie made for the book in the Chronicles of Narnia series). I ended up not being able to get 21 and not finding Prince Caspian. BUT Mom did find Eclipse, the third book in the Twilight series. I can’t wait to go see Twilight, which comes out in theaters on November 21st, and me and my friends will probably all go and see it together. I’ve gotten Mom into the series, and she’s actually reading Eclipse right now. I hear the movie will be great, and the
book was amazing. It’s an addicting series and I’m surprised Mom is letting me read the series, because its about vampires. Of course my little sister (Sam), on the other hand, will be allowed to read them “in a couple of years”.
More on the topic of movies; Dad, Sam, and I went and seen Madagascar 2 on Tuesday and it was pretty good. I’m left debating weather or not it was better than the first. It had more depth, leaving my sister to cry within the first five minutes of the movie, but the comedy is still there. The whole cast is back with everyone from Alex the Lion to the granny that beats him up.
My day today was full of drama, but It’s all settled now. I think. I’m still tired of everyone in chorus complaining about how they want to quit the class, even though are teacher is SOOOO understanding. She’s the easiest teacher I’ve ever had, but no one seems to like her.
We started painting my room today, since my sister and father are on vacation. Mom and I talked some about my life, while letting off all our steam by priming and painting my room. I told my mom to just get a tan (beige) color because it will help sell the house. According to HGTV (Home & Garden Television) soft, neutral colors help sell a house because they are easy to paint over and they are soothing. So were painting my room this color.
Merci pour la lecture!,

P.S.- If you have know clue what the phrase in French means, I used this English to language converter. It works both ways so copy what I said and paste it into the first box. The first boxes’ drop-down menu should have a place for French, so choose that and wait a few seconds. The phrase should come up in English. And there you have it.
VoilĂ !
